Associations of Sleeping Patterns and Isotemporal Substitution of Other Behavior with the Prevalence of CKD in Chinese Adults

This paper investigates reallocating excessive sleep to other behaviors and CKD risk via isotemporal substitution models among 104,538 participants, finding substituting 1h sleep with sitting, walking, or MVPA lowers CKD prevalence, especially leisure-time PA in workers and long sleepers with diabetes, emphasizing optimized sleep and behavioral composition.
